This specialized brush is meticulously crafted for the precise application of clean water across large surfaces. Made from pure goat hair, the MIZUBAKE is exceptionally soft and offers unmatched water retention. It is an essential tool for stretching paper (mizubari) in watercolor and Nihonga, as well as for dampening printmaking paper. It features a classic natural light wood handle.
Care Instructions:Use this brush exclusively with clean, pigment-free water to maintain its purity and prevent staining your work. After use, gently remove excess moisture and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
