FUJISAN, a white suzuri (inkstone) made of ARITA porcelain.
We recommend ARITA porcelain suzuri not only because of its beautiful white porcelain, easy-to-handle size, and light weight, but also because it is easy to care for. Just a little of water easily removes ink stains therefore you can keep the whiteness of the suzuri.
The white suzuri makes it easy to see the shade of the ink, so you can enjoy the beauty of the gorgeous colored ink as well as the time you spend grinding the ink with a rich mind.

In this Arita Porcelain suzuri series, there are two types: OMOTE (you grind sumi ink on the patterned side) and URA (you grind sumi ink on the plain white side). This one is from the OMOTE series.
