Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers
To ensure the safest and fastest delivery, we use the following carriers depending on the destination:

United States: Shipped via UGX (U-Global Express) in collaboration with local partners.

Other Countries/Regions: Shipped via DHL Express.

Please note that customers cannot specify the carrier.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
We cover all customs duties and import taxes.
We ship all international orders on a DTP (Duties and Taxes Paid) basis. This means:

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

You will NOT be required to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

If you are ever asked by a carrier to pay such fees, please contact us immediately before making any payment.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the exact shipping fee at the checkout page before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 4–7 business days.

Other Countries: 4–7 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or local postal conditions.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress on the official websites of Japan Post (UGX) or DHL.

6. Important Notes
Physical Address Required: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Contact Information: Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct, as the carrier may need to contact you regarding delivery.

Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
