REFUND POLICY
rimpamura hopes your shopping experience with us is always enjoyable. We will do our best to assist you should you have any unsatisfactory experiences.

CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not yet been packed , you can cancel the order and get a full refund in a little while. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
 
Once your order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may return the items instead. Please note that the original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. See our Return or Refund section below for details. Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, regardless of their shipping status.

RETURNS
rimpamura accepts returns within 10 days of product arrival. We refer to the EMS tracking report, and the arrival date will be recorded in our system. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 10 days have passed.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the original shipping cost (if applicable) and the return shipping cost are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES
rimpamura only replace items if they are defective or damaged, meaning that items are damaged when receiving. Please be advised that this does not include unavoidable abrasion from manufacturing process or delivery.

The arrival date is recorded in our system when you sign for delivery. If you contact us after 10 days, we cannot verify if items were damaged or defective upon delivery, or if their condition resulted from your usage. Therefore, requests made more than a week after arrival will not be valid.

If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our web form or email us at shop@rimpamura.com with pictures showing the issue. Once we confirm the condition of the items, we will proceed with your request for either a refund or an exchange. Please note that a refund might be the only option if the items are discontinued or temporarily unavailable.

We will cover the shipping costs for returns and redelivery if the products are defective or incorrect.

REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take some processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically up to 30 days for credit/debit cards).

Refunds are only for the product cost; shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses (both initial delivery and return), and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, or other charges you may have paid when placing your order.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
